PLEASE NOTE
Some of our products are crafted one by one in small workshops by our artisans. This is how we can ensure the sustainability of production, avoiding any fashion waste, and the uniqueness of each item. Please note that the estimate delivery time is highlighted in each product page, that is usually between four and eight weeks.
Orders are generally delivered as soon as the production is ready, in some small cases could be delivered within 24/72h days – if we have stock available – from receipt of payment.
Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges and shipping charges. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore shipping costs will be charged for each of them.
European orders (4-8 working days)
Linù the Label offers FREE delivery for orders over €80. (In Italy free, no minimum amount). We offer quality products and take pride in our service – we endeavor to ship orders on receipt of an order. However some times certain designs due to time delay with different countries – could result in a delay. If we have a delay or problem with the order we will contact you ASAP. The parcel can take from 1 to 4 working days to arrive depending on where you live. Please note that there may be a delay in shipping over sale periods.

Australian & New Zealand orders (4-8 working days)
Linù the Label offers FREE delivery. We offer quality products and take pride in our service – we endeavor to ship orders on receipt of an order. We ship with Australia Post. The parcel can take from 1 to 4 working days to arrive depending on where you live. Please note that there may be a delay in shipping over sale periods.

International Orders (8-14 working days)
Flat rate of €25 for a maximum weight of 300g. The shipping charges will be calculated at check-out. Generally, shipments are delivered to most countries within 5-14 working days, however, due to various countries Customs Procedures, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Please Note:
- Linù the Label is not responsible for duty/taxes on International order. You are responsible for any duties, customs charges, tariffs or additional charges levied by your country of entry.
- Linù the Label is not responsible for any additional charges once the items ordered have left Australia. Should charges be imposed in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all return delivery expenses that may be incurred by Linù the Label.
- When the returned item is received by Linù the Label, you card account will be credited for the ordered item only.
Please note: Orders Paid by Bank Deposit or PayPal will not be posted until payment has cleared. (This can take from 1 to 3 working days depending on your banking institution.)
