At Linù the Label we understand that sometimes what you have ordered may not fit or may not be what you expected. We will gladly exchange or refund, in accordance with our terms and conditions below.
No returns on Sale Items. All Sale items orders are final.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact our Customer Service and specify the correct size.
Conditions of returns/exchange:
- Returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase.
- Items need to be unworn and/or unused, in the original packaging including tags (no visible signs of wear, including perfume, cigarette odours or make up)
- In the same box you received your item in.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if those criteria are not met. We do not refund postage OR freight.
- Notify Linù the Label within 3 days of order received, by email to info@linuthelabel.com including your full name, address, telephone number and if you would prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please also state the way you purchased the item.
- Make sure the item is brand new as purchased perfect condition as detailed above in the Refund and Returns Policy.
- Order/s returned/exchanged must be received by Linù the Label. No later than 1 week after notifyng Linù the Label.
- You will be directed to which country address you can return the product to depending on the country you are in.
- Please note: No returns will be accepted unless Linù the Label has been notified withing the time frame above (3 days of order received). Returns or Exchanges MUST NOT be sent back by Regular Post, as this does not provide insurance or tracking and your precious purchase may get lost.
- We strongly advise that Returns and Exchanges be sent either by Registered and tracked Mail. Linù the Label will not take responsibilities for lost of order/s via Post Office.
